Why did you choose your carrer?

When I was a child I remember I wanted to be a vet, a doctor, a painter and a musician. I  liked so much animals, painting, taking care of people and music. Some years after, I didn’t like so much the idea of taking care of people, and I realized I couln’t be able to help animals when they are hurt.

 Later, when I was at secundary wanted to study geology and mine engineering, the money sounded encouraging but any of them convenced me at all, so I started looking for a career that supply my expectation, when I was in second grade of secondary I found Biochemistry, I started looking for information about it and I liked so much, because it has all I’ve always wanted to do.

When I had to answer the university postulation I was so nervous although I knew what I wanted, but I wasn’t sure if I could get in the career I wanted because of my score. Despite of that I decided to follow my dreams and apply for Biochemistry in University of Chile. Finally I got in.

Until now my experience in University has been great, I like my classmates, the subjects (most of them) and the atmosphere there’s in the university, the second graders are so nice :3

 

I still don't know what I want to specialize in, I don't even though about it. I also don't know where I'd like to work in or what kind of job, maybe in a laboratory, maybe doing classes or maybe not. Time will make me realized what I really want do...
