English languages challenges

Hi, this is the last blog finally!!

This is the last blog finally, I say finally because I’ve never been the kind of people that use so much the social media, like blogs haha!

As always I will be honest with you guys.
Sadly, I didn’t like the English of university, I thought I was going to have scientific English because I feel in the careers that there are in this faculty is more needed than common English and I didn’t like it because I feel that I’m great at speaking English, but I believe the English could have been more useful than it was.
As I said I didn’t like so much the idea of writing blogs but I before this activity I’ve always wanted to know how create a blog and now I know.

I’ve always thought what I need to improve in English is the writing test and the vocabulary, because, although I’m good at paraphrasing, I’d like to have more vocabulary to express myself better.
I know the only way to improve the writing task is writing I feel writing is not my cup of tea so I don’t know what to do to improve it. The other task (vocabulary) I plan to improve it by reading in English, my parents already bought me two or three books in English so in holidays I will read them I hope.

These days I’m not using English so much, like using it and learning new things, but I watch movies in English and speak English with my dad so summing up, I’m practising reading, listening, speaking and reading comprehension.

In my future I expect to use English in my work, because of papers I think I will need to read and in my like because I’ve always wanted to travel around the world and I want to go to England and Canada someday.

Problems and what you did to solve them

Hi guys!!

I will be completely honest with you, It isn't that my life is perfect but I  do not have problems that I have to solve.
The "problems" I could have always solve themselves and usually they become problems because my unconscious become the little things in big things that makes me feel complicated with their existence but with time I realized the weren't problems at all and that's all hahahahah!

I even can't think or try to remember a problem I have because I'm always in the moon and I do not remember stuff like those.

* I've written three blogs today so I'm a little bit bored and I'm running out of ideas. Help!

Postgraduate studies

Hi everyone!! Again the something named "pass the subject" called me to write because the time to make this blogs finish today hahahaha!!

I believe it's to soon to talk about postgraduate studies but well...
Some reasons I have to do postgraduate studies are that I've always like learning more and more, another reason is that I've always needed to have something to do, more than just one thing to do because I get bored and I feel my life is like nothing.

Till now I like what I 'm studying, I hope it go on in me, and if it is like this I would like to do some postgraduate studies till get a doctorate.

In this moment I would like to do a curse that be relates with biochemistry, clinical biochemistry, medical biochemistry, something that once I saw that was related to nanotechnology in a medical way.

The masters I’d like to do them here in Chile and the doctorate I’d like to do it abroad because of the prestige-
I do not know how I want to study; I feel it will depends on the situation I will be in the moment I’m going to take the course

I’m sorry, as you can see, I’m a little bit in the air about this theme so I can’t advise you in this but I’m sure you are more sure than me in this theme and you will know what to do.

My future job

In the first term of this year some ex-students came to the faculty to talk us about what they were doing and how they were developing they tittle.

I believe I'd like to work in a laboratory in the clinical area. I can't imagine how working in a laboratory is, I've no even think about it. Of course that working in a laboratory is an indoor work, but sometimes I feel would be great if anytime I have to work in an outdoor way just to try and live that experience.

I think working in a laboratory do not imply to travel a lot, I'd like so much if it would be like that but I do not think so. Although in work possibly I don't travel I like travelling so I'm sure I'm going to travel, at least in holidays hahahaha!!

I don't know much about the salary I could have, I just know it is not too less and not to much, but It is ok for me, I also know that the salary grows according to the time I work and the masters and postgraduate studies I will do.

I'm just in first year of my career so, obviously I'm not studying a major, but I will someday because I always like learning more and is needed to find a good job as well.

Amazing advances in my career

Hi everyone!!!

I know I hadn't had written for a long time, but now I'm here again because something called "pass this subject" is calling me to write hahahaha!!

Today I want to talk about an advance in the career, in case you don't remember what I am studying... I'm studying Biochemistry.

I was looking some papers to find a discovery that could make a relation between biochemistry and the area I'd like to work in my future because I'd like to work in the clinical area of biochemistry.

"Estimating HIV incidence during pregnancy and knowledge of prevention of mother-to-child transmission with an Ad Hoc analysis of potencial cofactors"

This paper is about HIV, I like so much this theme because once I had to read a paper about it and I found it so interesting because of the system HIV uses to hide itself inside the inmune system and how HIV get inside of it.

It was written by the scientists Thomas Obinchemti Egbe, Rose-Mary AsongTazinya, Gregory Edie Halle-Ekane, Eta-Nkongo Egbe and Eric Akum Achidi.

This research was published online this year on March but the investigation was made between 2011-2015 in Fako Division, South West Region, Cameroon.

The discovery is about the incidence rate of HIV in pregnant women and the prevention of mother-to-child transmission in women who don't have HIV, but by having sex without protection they can transmit it to the baby even if their test are negative.

The changes it could bring is the correct prevention to the transmission of HIV from mother to kid, this means the rate of HIV in kids would be lower because the kids wouldn't be sick as well. In my eyes, I don't see a negative consequence about this discovery.

I believe this discovery is a very good advance in the cure finding oh HIV, but still there is mush to do, such as make possible to a mother feed her baby by breastfeeding without the possibility of make the baby ill.
